I’ve had nothing but poor experiences with this service department.
In 1.5 years of working with them I’ve had three services performed and it’s been nothing but headaches for me.
1. They sold me a car with a bad windshield washer pump, after they claimed their service techs do a 200+ point inspection on the vehicles before they release them to customer. I guess that doesn’t include testing the windshield washer fluid works. But no problem, I call them, tell them about it. It takes them 3 weeks from initial call to installation. Pellegrino has been my go to car dealership. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and a no pressure Sales Team. This was the 5th vehicle I have purchased from the Pellegrino family. I am sure there will be many more in the future.
I have just used Pellagrino Chevrolet for service on my 2018 Suburban for the first time. I needed rear brakes and drums, my transmission serviced, oil change and the tires rotated. The process took several days but was ready at the time promised. Throughout the process the service folks were professional and I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Going to make them my go to service shop going forward.
Made appointment in advance for 11. Am. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for an oil change and filter. Much too long.

I called a week ahead of time and scheduled an oil change with Jackie who enthusiastically put me on the list for the following Wednesday. Joe was great and very helpful. I bought a 2026 Tahoe in January. The left rear tire has a constant slow leak. The technician listed the leak in the stem. It was replace without issues. Very satisfied!
