Pellegrino has been my go to car dealership. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and a no pressure Sales Team. This was the 5th vehicle I have purchased from the Pellegrino family. I am sure there will be many more in the future.
I have just used Pellagrino Chevrolet for service on my 2018 Suburban for the first time. I needed rear brakes and drums, my transmission serviced, oil change and the tires rotated. The process took several days but was ready at the time promised. Throughout the process the service folks were professional and I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Going to make them my go to service shop going forward.
Made appointment in advance for 11. Am. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for an oil change and filter. Much too long.
Not very customer friendly at service desk. Wait time was good. Did not say thank you
I called a week ahead of time and scheduled an oil change with Jackie who enthusiastically put me on the list for the following Wednesday. I showed up at my scheduled time and Joe took my vehicle right away for it’s service including oil change and tire rotation. In the meantime I met with Dominic and received four tickets to Hershey park thanks to a generous offer from Chevrolet no purchase necessary. We purchased a 2020 pickup truck and everything was fine, there are a few things that needed to be fixed. We paid in full and then someone must have dropped the ball, it has been well over a month and “the parts are not in and have no idea when”. This is getting very frustrating. Do not go their for brakes !! All they did for me was take my tires off and look at the brake pads ,put tires back on , without hooking sensor back up . They had my truck for a day annd a half
